Pre-Contract Works
Preparation, Briefing & Tendering
Once we are approached, over a coffee, we ascertain all your project aspirations
and requirements. We provide all sorts of practical solution tailored in such a
way to build up your imagination to reality. This is a fluid process where we
collaborate regularly to create a concept genuinely catered to your needs. By
the end of this phase, you will be able to fully visualise your design through a
series of 3D renders, furniture layouts, outline material specifications, and an
initial cost plan for the fit-out works.
Based on the above scenario, we prepare a detailed, transparent and budget
friendly quote.
Post-Contract Works
Approvals
After the tender process and once the project is awarded, LAMEE's approval team
will swiftly obtain all the necessary approvals and building permits.
Onsite Works
Once the access is permitted, we will manage and execute the full fit-out works
with the provided concept design, detailed design, drawing and specifications.
As a company with utmost responsibility to the Client, employees,
sub-contractors etc, we have a robust quality assurance. We ensure proper health
and safety at site all the times.
As a client oriented fit-out team we try to incorporate all the necessary
changes at any point in time during the construction to build up your
imagination to reality. Also, we make sure to provide daily log to make out
Client aware of day-to-day activities happening at the premises.
Handover
We aim to make the transition to your new space as smooth, stress free and
enjoyable as possible. We will remain in contact and our aftercare team will be
available to deal with any teething issues you may experience.
Apart from our 3-12 months of Defect Liability Period (DLP), our aftercare team
provides full maintenance for the same period which includes AC servicing,
scheduled electrical and plumbing checkups and unlimited call-outs
